Rooster & the Till opened its doors nearly nine years ago, and Ferrell can personally attest to the fantastic growth that Seminole Heights has experienced. During our conversation, Ferrell gives us the inside scoop on which Tampa Bay restaurants are in the running to be awarded the coveted Michelin Star.
