She’s the first Miss Florida from Tampa Florida in nearly 30 years and now Leah Roddenberry is headed to the Miss America Pageant in Connecticut!

It’s a history making event, with Miss America celebrating its 100th anniversary.

Sarina Fazan spoke to Rita Lowman, who is heavily involved in the pageants and a judge for Miss Florida! Keith Williams, the Executive Director of the Miss Florida Scholarship Program also went “On The Record”! What does it take to be a Beauty Queen?
