Rick is extremely passionate about building programs so homeless people can support themselves. As a leader of Mainline, he instills the importance of making a positive impact on this population with each employee. The company devotes a lot of resource to addressing homelessness by teaming with organizations to help guide these underserved in a better and brighter direction.
