A few weeks before her 16th birthday, Hailey became involved with Theatre Exceptional, a nonprofit theatre organization for, about and including teens and adults with disabilities. She made her stage debut with the organization in their 2016 production of the musical The Wizard of Oz, where she played Glinda the Good. Since then, she has played prominent roles in their subsequent shows, including Nancy Sikes in Oliver! (2017), Kim Macafee in Bye-Bye Birdie (2018), the title role in Mary Poppins (2019), Narrator B in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2022), and Patsy in Monty Python’s Spamalot (2023). Just recently, she played Ida in HONK! (2025).
Hailey is currently attending St. Petersburg College, where she earned her Associate in Arts degree in 2022, and is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies through the college’s Public Safety, Public Policy and Legal Studies program.
When Hailey is not working or studying, she enjoys writing fanmade stories, playing with her pet cats, attending dance classes, and playing the drums.
