Yvette Everhart is a shareholder in the Sass Law Firm, Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar who is an advocate of employee rights. Ms. Everhart has practiced labor & employment law since she was a law clerk, primarily representing employees from both the private and public sectors. Ms. Everhart’s accolades include being rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, listed by Super Lawyers® and having a Top Attorney 10.0 rating by Avvo since 2008. She is a member of the Executive Council of Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the current Legal Education Director of that Section. Additionally, Ms. Everhart is the Vice Chair of the Treatise Committee of the Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association and past President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Yvette has presented at a variety of employment law educational conferences and is the author of several published articles. She is the current Southeast Regional Editor and Florida Chapter co-author (since 2011) of the treatise, Employment At Will, A State-By-State Survey, published by the American Bar Association’s Section of Labor and Employment Law and Bloomberg. Ms. Everhart graduated from Stetson University College of Law, and her experience includes over 14 years of representing individual employees before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as various government agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), the Florida Public Employee Relations Committee (PERC), the  National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and Florida’s unemployment agency, the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO).

AMANDA BIONDOLINO

Amanda Biondolino has experience in all aspects of employment law claims, in addition to expertise in litigating claims of discrimination in housing and places of public accommodation. Amanda graduated with honors from Saint Louis University School of Law, and was recently appointed to the Continuing Legal Education Committee by the President-Elect of The Florida Bar for the 2021-2022 term. She is Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Vice President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, also known as Florida NELA.Ms. Biondolino “wrote the book” on fair housing law for the Missouri Bar Desk book–Real Estate Law, 5thEdition, published in 2019, and has written articles for Lawyer magazine published by the Hillsborough County Bar Association, as well as legal update blogs. Amanda also made the Ones to Watchlist for 2021 and 2022 published by Best Lawyers®, as well as Law dragon’s 2021 list of500 Leading Plaintiff Employment & Civil Rights Lawyers.
