Making history as the first Miss Florida from Tampa to be crowned in 30 years, it’s hard to believe that Leah Roddenberry struggled with self-confidence in her youth. That’s why she started “Be a LeadHER: Igniting the Spark Within” to teach the foundations of leadership and courage to other young women. Before going on to represent the state in the 100th Miss America Competition, Leah going back “On The Record,” joining host Sarina Fazan and teenager Mia Dill at the Red House Streaming studios, to talk about why it’s so important for girls to dream big and how no goal is out of reach
