Terry Sisco

After a 25-year career as Director of Sales for national retail organizations such as Bloomingdales, Terry Sisco founded Exsellerate, Inc in 2000 to focus on maximizing results through the “people-side” of organizations. He firmly believes that the level of an organization’s success is based on the level of its talent and execution.

He and his wife Cindy are dedicated to impacting the lives of urban-based students academically, financially, and spiritually. They created and lead the Chamberlain High School Legacy Alliance. The experience made it abundantly clear that the low academic scores in some urban based schools can be attributed to a lack of school readiness. They have now created the Chamberlain Cradle to Career Continuum working with Hillsborough County Schools and Cornerstone Family Ministries to best prepare pre-schoolers within the Chamberlain High School boundaries for early success.

Nancy Leach

A 1980 graduate of Chamberlain High School, Nancy Leach received a BA in Advertising from the University of Florida.  She worked 20 years in senior management roles at New York and local advertising agencies building national brands. Nancy served as President of the Tampa Bay Ad Federation.

Nancy now uses her leadership and communication skills volunteering to assist non-profits in Tampa. She currently serves the Vice-Chair of the Chamberlain High School Legacy Alliance building a collaboration of the school’s powerful alumni base and community partners to break the cycle of poverty by transforming the school into a model in urban education that changes the trajectory of student’s lives.
