From high-profile acquisitions to high-stakes criminal cases, Rita Lowman, President of Pilot Bank, and Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge Michelle Sisco are breaking boundaries every day and shattering the glass ceiling for the next generation of female professionals. For 40+ years, Rita Lowman has blazed trails in the banking industry, managing more than 22 acquisitions and earning the designation of the third woman in 130 years to be the Elected Chair of the Florida Bankers Association. Appointed by the Governor to the County Court in 2002 and then to the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in 2005, Judge Michelle Sisco has handled many notable cases in both the civil and criminal divisions during her years on the bench, including those of convicted murderers Bobbie Joe Long and Oscar Ray Bolin, the Kohut/Rourke case, and the Granville Ritchie death penalty case.
